During 2005 – 2009 the clients, whose business was supported legally by Ya.A. Fateeva, built dwelling houses with objects of social infrastructure:
- dwelling house at 10/1, Marazlievskaya Str. (Developer – Company “Higher Adverticement School”)
- dwelling house with parking, car wash, shops at 2, Uspenskaya Str., including a building of the Consulate of the Republic of Poland (Developer – CE “Domus-Center LTD”)
- dwelling house with built in-on premise of a shop (“Obzhora”) at 24, Academician Korolev Str. (Developer – CJSC “UkrStroyService”)
- dwelling house with underground parking at 199, 199A, Kostandi Str. (Developer – CJSC “UkrStroyService”)

In 1994 Fateeva Ya.A. graduated from Law Faculty of Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University.
In 1994 г. Fateeva Ya.A. worked as a legal adviser. She started for work on specialty on state service – in the department of foreign economic relations of the executive committee of Odessa regional council in the capacity of leading legal adviser.
In 1997 she worked in private firmed that are specialized in legal support of business activity.
She has been working in the Corporation “First Consulting Group” from the moment of its establishment.
