In 1988 Tatyana Mikhaylova provided patenting of many innovations in the sphere of physics and chemistry, working in patenting department of one of the largest scientific and research institute of former USSR - physicochemical.institute named by A.V. Bogatskiy (Odessa).
Tatyana Mikhaylova prepared more than 500 applications on different objects of intellectual property: trade marks (signs for goods and services), useful models, inventions and others.

In 1976 Tatyana Mikhaylova graduated from Chemical Faculty of Odessa I.I. Mechnikov State University on specialty “organic chemistry”. She has been a candidate of chemical sciences from 1986.
In 1991 Tatyana Mikhaylova graduated from Central Institute of Professional Development for Leading Employees in the Sphere of Patenting (Moscow) on specialty “Patent science”.
In 1995 Tatyana Mikhaylova was attested as a patent attorney.
From 1988 г. Tatyana Mikhaylova has been an employee, and then a head of department of intellectual property, innovation and information activity and technologies transfer of physicochemical institute named by A.V. Bogatskiy of NAS of Ukraine (Odessa).
She is an author of 1 monograph, 32 scientific publications and 3 inventions.
Divorced. She has grown-up daughter. Hobby-traveling.
