From 1993 till 1997 he had been representing the interest of Italian company in hunting tourism “Viena-Tour” in Ukraine.
From 1992 till 2004 he had been carrying out legal support of Ukrainian-German-Russian-Egyptian joint enterprise “KONST”.
From 1996 he has carried out legal support of dispatcher companies “Demeton-Cargo”, “Alexandria”, “Global”, “Rozmarin”, “Ukragent”, “B&Y”, “Atlant”.
From 1997 till 2002 he had been representing the interests of State enterprise “Ilichevsk Sea Commercial Port” in the courts concerning fiscal and other disputes.
From 1996 till 2006 he had been carrying out legal support of opened joint-stock company “Albatros”.
From 1996 till 2006 he had been representing the interests of Ukrainian-Belgian joint enterprise “ODANT” in the courts.
From 2001 he has carried out legal support of private industrial-commercial enterprise “Astrofit”.
From 2001 till 2003 he had been carrying out legal support of construction of housing estates of Construction administration of OJSC “Chernomorgidrostroy”.
From 1999 till 2002 he had been representing the interests of state enterprise “Sea commercial port “Uznyy”, concerning tax and other disputes in the courts.
From 2002 he has carried out legal support and protection of the interests of official dealer of «NISSAN MOTORS» in Ukraine – LLC “ELEPHANT” in the courts.
From 1999 till 2008 he has been carrying out legal support of Odessa National Artists` Union of Ukraine.
From 2004 till 2006 he had been representing the interests of OJSC “Lvov factory “SVITOCH” in the courts.
From 2005 till 2008 he had been representing the interests of joint Ukrainian-Bulgarian enterprise “UDIMIS” in the courts.
From 2005 he has represented the interests of Voleyball-tennis club “ODESSA” in the courts.
From 2003 he has represented the interests of limited liability company “PETRUTSALEK» in the courts.
From 2008 till 2009 he had been carrying out legal support of Agent Company “ARAKAS UKRAINE”.
From 2006 till 2009 he had been carrying out legal support of Agent Company “GLOBAL”.
From 2008 he has carried out legal support of the company “LANTEK”.
From 2008 he has represented the interests of SE “Odessa autodor” concerning tax disputes in the courts.
From 2008 he has carried out legal support of private enterprise “Ilichevsk pearl”.
From 2000 he has protected the interests of enterprise’s managers concerning criminal cases (economic and official malfeasances). |
In 1988 Sergey Tkach graduated from law department of I.I. Mechnikov Odessa State University
Sergey Tkach commenced his activity in 1988 as a legal adviser in institutions of local governments.
From 1993 г. Sergey Tkach is an advocate of Odessa regional faculty of advocates, and from 1994 till 1998 – he has been a deputy of Odessa municipal council.
From 1998 he is a member of legal council of the Association of international forwarders of Ukraine.
From 2003 till 2006 Sergey Tkach had been the chairman of Odessa regional electoral committee on the election of deputies of Odessa regional council.
Married. Senior daughter – lawyer, two daughters – pupils of elementary school. Hobby: tennis, billiard. |
